Where is the ribbon cutting and at what time? I don't see anything posted for that. Do you know where to get info?

At the try-outs they said they were doing a ribbon cutting the day that Barcelona was play at Met Life because one of the Pro players is supposed to be there to do the cutting.
It's supposed to be in Kings Park at their fields.

Highly doubtful anything will be posted. It will probably be invitation only. I don't think that they would be crazy enough to open this up to the public, it would be chaos!

God Bless the player who drives from Met Life to Kings Park. Doesn't matter what day, that's some commute.

The ribbon cutting is/was actually scheduled for Monday July 24th, 2 days after the game at MetLife- no time was given, but No one has said anything about it lately. I took a pic of the date while we were in NYC at the FC Barcelona offices. Hopefully they will send an email early this week or discuss it at practices this week.

But, As for us- we will definitely be attending. 😃😃⚽️⚽️⚽️

It's right off the Sagtikos so it isn't too bad to get to. Drove by today and there are a couple of trailers behind a locked fence along with some construction equipment. Nothing was being done today but to be fair it is the weekend.

And no, you can't see the field area's from the street.

The fields are about half a mile from the road. That construction fence is new but all those trailers have been there for years. So anything they are doing you can't see from the road at al.
