Are V and NU playing each other in the semis?
Can they share players for the finals, if necessary?

Only if GPS sends them the codebook on how to get away with it!

Valeo played the U12 White division to guaranteed entry into the Cup. Given the mismatches, they were clearly not in the proper divisioin

            Very sleezy.

Yes and they are flying in a couple NC ringer "guest" players to boot.

That was the U 11 team. The top Vallejo U12 team played in blue.

A top age group will always crush the white division in any age up division. They are one step up from the walking wounded.

Nothing to brag about. Clearly a ploy to get the U11 team playing up into the Cup. The results speak for themselves. Very sleazy.

Don't deflect. This has nothing to do with GPS and VW. Just look in the mirror. Meet Mr. Pot

If you could manage to read even a sentence it was already examined to you that the u11 team is not even in the cup. Additionally, Valeo asked that this u11 team be placed in the second of three Maple divisions which they originally were but then abruptly moved down. Several other teams were also misplaced in white that should have placed in the second division and V beat them, if fact, they have up one goal for the entire season. Surely would have finished near the top of second division. With a fully integrated V-VNU team they will do fine if the coaches choose to have them play up again in a higher group.

You are confusing Cups and teams. The U12 Open Cup was open to anyone who wanted to enter and a bunch of teams did. Explosion, NU, Valeo and Central Ma Bolts are the final four after several rounds of single-elimination play. The Valeo team in the Open Cup is the one that played in Maple Blue BU12 11v11, not the younger one that played in Maple White.

The Valeo U11 team that played U12 White does not appear to be playing anywhere, although they may have been eligible for the Andre Cup.

Correct. This looks like a very good final four. NU squeaked by the good JSSA team on a late extra-time PK in the quarterfinals. I predict an Explosion-Valeo final, which should be an excellent match based on prior contests (2-2 during this past spring).

Please keep this up, I can't get enough of it!

Let me rephrase: they played in the lowest division but against a group of teams that really should have been second division teams, therefore Valeo is essentially 2nd division champions.

Question: Why would Maple place 2nd division teams in the 3rd division?
Answer: Because they are 3rd division teams. Clearly you have no idea of the difference in level of play between the divisions.

Don't worry though, next season you'll be able to play in the 2nd division of Maple and claim that you're really playing against mostly 1st division teams.

I can't get enough of your logic. Pleeeaaase continue...

(and if the NU side of Valeo could throw in a "and some of the kids were 2003's" that would be even better - if that's possible)

You sound very angry and not that bright. At least after four people explained it to you, no longer accusing V of "sleazy' placement in white to play in cup.

What's the relevance this post? To argue that the Valeo U11's are not good? Did you see that GPS Elite NPL U12 took 300 points from this team because they were higher ranked? Pretty funny, huh?
