Combine the 4 teams and GPS has the same number of starters as CU and GDA. FCP might come up a few short.

Agreed. You could combine the rest and have one very high quality ECNL team as well. Some of these coaches are too fond of bootballers to make this happen though.

You all have to remember....just because you can pull all of the top players together does not mean you’ll have a strong team. 95% of the coaches are in over their heads coaching the game to win and win only. Most of the games look like a boys high school game from 1994. The coaching methodology is old and outdated. This goes for local GDA and ECNL. GPS is a train wreck waiting to happen

All joke leagues. Especially OYSA and PSPL.

OYSA is fine. For teams like GPS it’s not the best competition but it’s still fun for the players. What kid doesn’t like playing for State Cup?

In order for clubs to thrive and develop they try and keep their top players and add new players in each year to improve their club product.

DA is not a choice for a club they have to be selected and accept into this platform.

All clubs can choose whatever league they want to play in, the parents just need to have the resources or funding for the club/team elective league choice.

In the end all the clubs across the nation hope to their best players. If not they become PCU.

Makes sense if they are focused on college.

Even Timbers alliance teams get more college signings than the torns academy.

They actually are. If you made the team you would have been in the know about this. They have a large emphasis on college! In fact there is a DA showcase coming up in two weeks in Florida and about 250 college coaches, even KT from UO already signed to be there. Expecting 350+ when all is said and done.

Can we ask for a refund from our club team for travel fares to Idaho and Utah this year? That's just not right all the other clubs get so many coaches coming to see them and we only get a few parents and stray dog watching us in town. Messed up.

The GDA has many great players. They will all be recruited and will only be limited by grades & test scores. Same for ECNL. Same for the few top players remaining in OYSA. There are like 1000 college women's teams all needing recruits. I predict every GDA player gets recruited, unless their grades aren't high enough to be pushed through admittance.

Thornz is a dead end. Just ask the players of FC Kansas City
