Foolish. The most important aspect of the game is technical and the ability to dribble. The Barca kids can dribble past you first and then combine when needed.

It was their bench. Their best starters played in the earlier game.

So you have a club comprised of players from a 60 mile radius, but in most cases the players live within 10 miles of each other. The club is a non residential club. The club has been in existence for less than a year and does even have a home yet.

La Masia is 45 years old, have players coming from all over the world, and a full-time staff that live on, or near the campus. It is a residential academy. They basically have an unlimited budget.

Soooo having an opportunity to play against a squad from FCB is special, but you are comparing two totally different clubs, and I’m guessing your Junior isn’t on the squad. Just another fat South American that is the best park player on Sunday.

Too big of players, which are slow and cant read the game. Inter has more problems and thankfully was Barca second team, and thank god there were three offsides. Inter played chase ball the whole game and lost the ball after a second pass. no chemistry and no hussle. Too many mistakes still looking down and also playing positions.

Inter kids looked hideous, no training clue, just big run faster types! That has nothing to do with what your saying.your talking bout stuff, what about quality training. You have a college mentality coach out there run and gun baby. The mentality is out of whack, train players for the first team should be the goal. Not winning at all costs

Wasn't the 07 superstar in that game? Jc ,vps next donovan? It shows you that he is very good for his age compared to what we have here, once you look at what is outside our gates then we can compare.

No one is criticizing IM for losing against one of the best youth academies in the world, even its B team. What was super clear was the difference in playing styles and that is a fair subject to discuss. We (I say we because IM is our community team, no?) don't build up the attack playing through lines or use the midfield to build the attack. Its all down the side and long. This is not modern football. Its 1990s english style and the same thing they play in most american colleges. IM has quality players - they just play like a US college team and they just faced a team that moves the ball like smaller versions of modern la liga teams. you can correct style of play with coaching and some different player IDs. So, it's a fair subject to discuss to improve our community team. Nothing against the kids that played with heart.

No, and this post is exactly why our soccer sucks. The Barca kids will pass first because it is the easiest thing to do. When the situation calls for it they will then dribble past you. They don't waste a lot of energy charging the breach when they can simply out flank it with a series of one touch passes.
