These are all Private HS with “elite” programs. This is why these schools are the top teams in the state every year. You don’t know your ass from your elbow. Stop making stupid comments. Be happy with your kids district runner up and take her for ice cream.
Who cares about "elite" high schools? What makes them elite moron? It's the fact that they have 4 to 5 ECNL players on the team. So logically they will get their azzes handed to them by any ECNL team. So as I said, your comment is laughable. You want to see decent soccer? Head over to an ECNL or DA game once and learn something. Elite HS?? Hahahahahah. I'm still laughing at your ignorance.

So Bolles is traveling to Tampa to get decent competition and they chose to play Largo? Seems like a match with Academy of Holy Names and Plant would have been a better decision. They will be disappointed they spent all that money for Largo and BP.

My kid plays ECNL and is committed to a D1 program. Believe it or not, there is more competitive soccer in this state than money thirsty programs like ECNL and DA. Just because your kid plays for a weak ass 3A high school program doesn't mean there aren't programs within the state are "Elite"

Call it a mini high school tournament and Bolles traveled to Montverde showcase for two games too. A bit much traveling to guarantee a regional playoff invite me thinks.

Here is what makes them Elite Moron!

              St Thomas 15 state titles
              St Johns 12 state titles
              American Heritage 11 state titles
              Jax Bolles 8 state titles
              Montverde 7 state titles

All these private high schools recruit players to their "elite" program to win state championship and help their players to the next level.

Bolles is not worried about Regional seeding. They will win their district. Local teams in their area are refusing to play these private schools so they have to travel for more competitive games. This is right from FHSAA web

                a) Schools will be seeded for the regional tournament using the Florida MaxPreps ranking.
                (b) District tournament champions will be seeded 1-4. The highest ranked district tournament champion will be named the one (1) seed. The 2nd highest ranked district champion will be seeded as the two (2) seed. This process will continue until all district tournament champions are seeded.
                (c) The remaining four (4) teams will be selected as an at-large qualifier. The at-large qualifiers will be determined by the Florida MaxPreps rankings once the district tournament has completed. The highest ranked team in each region that is not a district tournament champion will be seeded as the five (5) seed for the regional tournament. The next highest team that is not a district tournament champion will be seeded as the six (6) seed for the regional tournament and this will continue for the remaining seven (7) and eight (8) seeds.

Every person that is on talking soccer with a child in the ecnl has a full scholarship to a d1 school. Just saying...

There aren't many full rides in girls soccer so that would be hard to believe

Should there be a separate playoff for private schools that can recruit? The best high school teams are the ones with the most ECNL players and/or recruit.

As a public school Largo has done the same thing scheduling tougher games against:

                            - Plant
                            - Academy of Holy Names
                            - Bolles
                            - Venice

Losses against good teams that are ranked higher carry more weight than 8-0 wins against lower ranked teams.

Largo will go up in ranking even with a loss to these teams

Not sure losing 8-0 to those teams will move them up. I mean Bogie could do that.
