GPS files for bankruptcy

GPS (owned by Legacy sports) files for bankruptcy, any idea if this impacts GPS NJ. Saw this in Mass forum as I believe they are headquartered there. Hopefully just local to Mass, fingers crossed.

The owner of the NJ franchise, holds the ownership rights from the time previous, to joining with GPS.

He was dismissed by LGS at the start of the year, so it adds another complication to the steaming hot mess.

Clubs in NJ partnered with GPS are now under NJ Surf I think. Same coaching staff, different name, different uniforms.

Different clubs go understand different brands I guess. For WWPSA, they went with Surf so the hierarchy of teams is like WWPSA -> Surf -> MFA

GPS signed with Manalapan Soccer Club. Lots if people called that relationship ending badly early on and were right. It was a knee jerk reaction to FC Sportika (since folded in PSA Wildcats).

There were more then just GPS Manalapan in NJ.
