I guess there is a boy from Oregon,Juan Alvarez is from the Hermiston area, too bad he plays for Pac NW and is part of the Sounders Discovery Program.
I don't think Oregon can claim someone from Hermiston as one of their own. Oregon can only claim kids who are along the I5 corridor and who are from Bend. I think Idaho claims kids from Hermiston.
