Thorns Academy took how many players???? So are they planning on bringing all of them to beaverton cup. Pretty raw deal when you cant play or have very little time. Beaverton cup of all places.

Several of the younger thorns team players are refusing to do Beaverton cup. Parents gave excuses of vacations and such but truth is (heard directly from thorns parent) they are embarrassed to show up and play against their old club's B and C teams. They are probably worried that they ll get beat. Crazy to think that they took that many players. They literally cut playing time for everyone, even good players.

Although with a roster of 27 they can have a third of their girls refuse to show up and still roster 18. I guess that's why they took so many?
