Time to start a spreadsheet:

Clubs with both GDA and ECNL, and one or the other program for 2017 and 2018.

Should be interesting as ECNL will assess who qualifies now and in the future and if US Soccer succumbs to coaches', clubs' and players' concerns with other interests. Stay tuned.

Why should it be any different from ECNL when the admitted the two Portland clubs. Automatically gave the other teams a couple of easy wins, lots of goals and the waste of a $1000 to fly to Portland for tier 3 competition.
