Autumn? Really? Did you get that out of Country Living magazine? I love Faifield County soccer parents
I was thinking a Brit actually.

This is a turd that keeps circling the bowl but doesn't fully flush. Give it a little more time and an extra flush.

This Fall it looks like 2008, 2007, and 2006 will play in CCSL - gathered from CCSL website.
And 2005 girls will play EDP - source EDP website.
Not sure about the two HS teams, but I assume they will play EDP again.
This means that they added one more team versus last year. Growth.

Same. Flat. Also rumors several HS players aren't coming back. At least one team might not survive.

None listed on the website, just the boys assignments. Says something doesn't it?

It appears that the only girls premier is the 2005 team

The only high school teams are

                    99/00
                    01

They have added one more for this Fall versus last Fall. You can go to GotSoccer pages for each team for coaching assignments.

Or the club could pretend it cares and put it on the website like they do for the boys. There's a thought

Agreed. For a club trying to re-launch its girls program, you would think they would be on top of things.....just adds to the negative reputation regarding girls program. They should do better!

More than likely the GS coach listed is last year's coach as GS just rolls everything over unless a club corrects them. What a lazy response. With 6 girls teams BS could at least pretend they matter.

BS is going to be in trouble after this year with their HS teams - 2000s are mostly graduating seniors, and they have no backfill with 2002-2004 age groups. Ulittle teams are all well and good - they help fill the coffers - but the studs will continue to leave the club by U13 or so, greatly increasing the likelihood of team collapse. That's partly why there are no teams 2002-2004 teams now. They tried to get teams going but couldn't because the better talent was playing elsewhere.

You are wrong. The coaches listed on GS for u11 and U12 are not last year's coaches.

Keeping teams together as the better players get picked off is an issue facing many clubs in the State. BS is not an anomaly. The Big 3 (OW, CFC, and FSA) attract the best players because they play in the top leagues - and these leagues are closed to the rest of the clubs in the State. If BS was in ECNL or GDA their rosters would be full and if CFC only offered EDP, they would be scrambling for players.

Did Beachside hire its own intern to could yet negative comments? Many clubs and even CFC branches manage to run HS aged teams in EDP or even CJSA. BS scrapes two together for EDP, which is a good league to play in.
