Look back at post that talks about how many teams in each age group. Numbers don't lie. Very impressive!

Exactly. Look at the post that explains how few teams there are. Where are all the Navy teams? Why a combined U19G team with 2001, 2000, and 1999 girls? Where is the U17 team, either white or navy? Yeah, very impressive, if you are delusional.

Very impressive? I agree that your ability to ignore facts and structure the sales pitch to your advantage is certainly impressive, albeit delusional. As previous posters have clearly documented, your "numbers" are bullsh!t.

        Team Boca = Team Bullsh!t.

So you are blaming the total absence of whole teams because of 1 child's playing ability or lack thereof? That is definitely delusional.

The bullsh!t is weak with this one.

No I'am trying to explain why there is no team for girls u17 at Team Boca. The coach took whole team with him to Bu and now most girls from that team quit Bu and are playing somewhere else next year or not playing soccer anymore .Leave if you are unhappy.

Dumb arse. Do you see the subject header? Do you realize that the discussion is about Team Boca? That team left 2 years ago. There was a U16 team at Team Boca last year. Where did it go if the numbers were so impressive?

ok you tell where the girls from the u16 team from last year are going? the numbers where low because the coach took all the good players to bu last year. They had enough for 1 team this year and the quality of the girls was bad the few good ones are going somewhere else next year or playing up. your child is not good enough to play up or go anywhere else that is why you are so salty.

LMAO. Playing up on a U19 Navy team is a privilege? My post was in response to the bullsh!t being spewed about an incredible turnout. Since you are focused on the U16 team, if they needed help to improve, why not provide it? Where is the club? Your answer is to move the few remaining players to another loser team. Is that why there is also no U18 navy?

Let's not forget that Team Boca has a strong policy AGAINST playing outside of one's age group. With rare exception is a player allowed to "play up."

I'll give you an A for effort, but your bullsh!t is just horrible.

Their are plenty of kids on boys side that play up a few on each team.
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT I SAY WE COULD GO BACK AND FORTH ALL SUMMER . THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH CLUB.

Q: Can a player play up in an age group?

                        A. It is the intent of the Team Boca Technical Staff to define the process of the "playing up" guideline to avoid any misinterpretation of its intent:

Determining Factors for Playing Up in Age:
The individual player must be identified as one of the exceptional players in the birth year by the technical staff and the age group coach. It will be deemed at this time that the indicated player will have secured a place with the team in his/her birth year. Next, the identified player will be invited to the older age group tryout, where he/she MUST demonstrate that they are also in the top of the group on that team. It also must be determined that the player's proper age/grade group team does not meet the competitive requirements to challenge the player if they stayed in their appropriate group. If the proper age/grade team is at a level that does challenge the player they will not be allowed to play up. Based on this assessment by the technical staff, input from the older age group coach, and final determination by the Club Director, a determination will be made on the individual playing up a birth year. However, it is only in extremely rare conditions that a player will be allowed to play up (unless they are school grade appropriate for the older team) and therefore such permission should in no way be assumed. Even if a tryout with an older team is granted such permission in no way whatsoever indicates that player is excpcted to be selected to the older team. To assist in college exposure & recruitment it is important that everyone plays in their appropriate school grade so college coaches can properly identify you when scouting occurs at showcase tournaments. Playing with a team other than the player's proper school grade can definitely hinder that identification & recruitment process, therefore it will only be in extremely rare cases that a player is selected to a team outside of their school grade team, however playing in the players "school age" group is encouraged.

That "moron" seems to have Team Boca and its bullsh!t dialed in. I have not seen one respectable response from TB to any of his statements.

Refer to post number one that shows how many teams in each age group. Note how many navy teams there are. Also, you are forgetting about how strong boys teams are and have been. We have a friend on U-19 boys team and heard 8-9 are playing college. One going to UPenn and one to Louisville. When talking about the club, please just don't refer to the girls teams.
