That's not how it works. Each CFC branch is independently owned. They wouldn't pay into the facility

The facility is to be utilized by CFC United both the boys and girls and Sound. Those United and Sound owners would need to pay for the mortgage and construction

Branches must pay a fee to CFC - do you think CFC lets them use the name and website out of the goodness of their heart? Then there's the required CFC tournaments (don't know if they have to pay full boat for it but I imagine they have to pay something) and showcases they run. Now a project of that scale is substantial so they probably can't pay outright cash for it. But they also wouldn't need a loan to cover it all either. And to get a loan they have to prove sustainable cash flow.

That's money that goes to the top of the house to Steve Coxon and others investors in the CFC mothership. Just like your local Subway pays a fee to Subway corporate. Don't be fooled about CFC, it isn't one entity it's a an amalgamation of many entities

Look at who has exclusive rights to the facility. CFC United Boys, Girls and Sound that tells you who paid for it.

Crackhead. Think about how much that would be and how cost prohibitive this would be. There is no chance this is anywhere near close you dimwit.

              Crackwhore,

he didn't say per team but per branch. With each branch having boys and girls teams of many ages, you don't think 10k is a reasonable number? That's less than one tuition-unit per team.

              Tard.

Almost $6 million and took a loan.

                        That's a risky loan

Risky? Don't you think both the bank and the club owners looked at this for more than a minute ?

I interpreted the post as the estimated cost is 6 million and they took a loan but not necessarily for the full 6m. I work in banking and have seen banks make some stupid loans, but for the most part they will do a very careful analysis before handing over any substantial amounts of money. given the size of CFC overall it's likely they've put some substantial skin in the game.

One thing to remember is now CFC has some kind of substantial mortgage to pay off that they didn't have before. That could impact what it charges down the road
