His fans thought his brash style would get things done. Clearly that isn't the case. They also believed he cared about them. Clearly that isn't the case. He never really wanted the actual job; he just wanted the WIN.

If they can devise a way for him to leave quietly and save face (health crisis? ) I think he'd take it. He's miserable and so is most of the country.
