On top of that some players and families bolt without ever appreciating that was done for them and the player. These trainers deserve some thanks and a pat on a back once in a while. They truly have a thankless job.

Amongst the negative bs that gets posted on here, let’s not forget how much they do for the kids.
Really? For smaller clubs or coaches with multiple teams they are paid to be their. No one bolts because the training is to good. Usual reason(s) why a player leaves is because they were cut/demoted, financial, can't handle the coaches abuse, playing time, other players, other parents, league or development.

If you are talking about who I'm thinking of then you might get some of them back next year when actual players tryout and replace them.

Agreed time to back to GA when they realize PDA is just too much to handle for them.

I’m sure these trainers are making six figures! Please, they do have a thankless and severely underpaid job for all the bs they deal with.

If it's who I think it may be then they didn't come from GA to PDA, they came from EDP to PDA. Team is doing bad and 1 if not more has already been mentioned that they are being moved to ECRL next year.

The same people who would drop your kid at a moments notice for the next best thing deserves to be thanked? The same person who runs practice like a pickup game deserves to be thanked? The same person who plays kids based on factors such as threats to leave, who raises the most money, parents helps the most or anything other then talent deserves a thank you?

Do you thank your garbage collector, mailman, police officer, elected officials, kids teachers...you know, people that make an actual difference?

Why do much negative generalization against hard working coaches trying to earn a living? Someone must have been cut....move on and enjoy your life.

We should thank Match Fit coach and management for putting 31 kids on a U13 team:

or even 33 kids if you look at the ECNL app.

They appear to have had a nice spring season so MF must be doing something right to develop their girls.

They are not developing anyone. They inherited a turn key phenomenal 2009 team that is now carrying an under performing 2008 player pool. That’s fact. Kiss that goodby in the fall when the 09’s move into their own as U13’s in the ECNL. The 8’s are dead weight.

How nice of you to call a group of hardworking girls dead weight. Really classy.
