Training 4 days a week and putting up with lots of parents complaints, suggestions and issues. On top of that some players and families bolt without ever appreciating that was done for them and the player. These trainers deserve some thanks and a pat on a back once in a while. They truly have a thankless job.
Amongst the negative bs that gets posted on here, let’s not forget how much they do for the kids.

The same people who would drop your kid at a moments notice for the next best thing deserves to be thanked? The same person who runs practice like a pickup game deserves to be thanked? The same person who plays kids based on factors such as threats to leave, who raises the most money, parents helps the most or anything other then talent deserves a thank you?
Do you thank your garbage collector, mailman, police officer, elected officials, kids teachers...you know, people that make an actual difference?

We should thank Match Fit coach and management for putting 31 kids on a U13 team:

or even 33 kids if you look at the ECNL app.

Kiss that goodby in the fall when the 09’s move into their own as U13’s in the ECNL. The 8’s are dead weight.
