How do they do so well across all age groups for a local town club, what’s the magic formula they have over all the other academies like PDA, SJEB etc. whatever they are doing hopefully others are learning from.

They sure are, they destroy so called “academies” like CSA, SJEB 6,7 nil. Nuff said.

They aren’t a town club. They just don’t have the facilities, track record or national platform of the other teams you listed.
“Town club” makes it sound special. It’s just a club that doesn’t have the history of success or college placement.

But they are sure kicking butt when they play these fughazi academies. So much for track record and history of success. 7-1 vs CSA GA 06...kind of says all for you doesn’t it? Results don’t lie.

So besides the 06 girls team, which boys and girls teams at real are top teams in nj.

Aside from the 06, what is so special about Real? Sure the younger teams might be better then PDA Souths current teams but how long till they just leave for the patch?

That’s an absolute thrashing, how the heck does an EDP team beat a GA team that plays in the top league for girls in the country? Should never happen. Tells you we have a very flawed system in this country.

Real is the same as academy team with kids from all different towns (similar to PDA South, SJEB, CSA, Match Fit, PDA North) No different. There is a reason why on the boys side they are one of the few academies from NJ in the MLS Next league. A local town team would be a club whose entire team is all from their local town with a couple other kids mixed in. They are not that. Lots of local town teams have rules against how many kids from out of town can join. They try to spin the local town team feel, but they are no different than the other academies.

Should never happen is right but it does for one simple reason some of these so called academies have checked out coaches that go through the motions and collect a paycheck. Real has coaches that care and put in the effort. Quality vs quantity whereas the academies are the opposite. Quantity over quality at other places (PDA, SJEB etc). But beating CSA GA is honestly no great feat....that club has very few quality teams.

Truth! Leave it to the little clubs to do it right and get great results.

Because no overlap exists in any sport or league?

If you call floundering in D2 EDP or not able to keep teams past u16 success then by all means.
