At the end of the day there isn’t anyone who should feel as if they were screwed over. MFN 09s were given an opportunity to play pre ECNL and as a group they failed miserably. You are what your record say it is and currently that is a sub .500 team with a negative 12 goal differential. Additional newsflash you leaving and trying to get on another ECNL team isn’t going to work . The surrounding teams are all filled with better players so welcome to the GAL.
This club had no idea what they accepted into their club but now they know.

Said like a true whiner . Take your ball and go elsewhere instead of instilling a work ethic in your kid. Let’s be honest you were on cruise control thinking you “arrived “ at age 11. Go play on a 3rd team at STA in EDP or the WC b team. Nobody to blame but yourself , the club did you a favor and you collectively dropped the ball. Take your Victim mentality elsewhere.

Maybe the top 5 players from MF Morris 09 team are better than the bottom 5 girls on MF Shore, who knows? I guess we'll never find out!
DB shouldn't ask for loyalty from the MF Morris families when he is not loyal to the MF Morris players.

I believe that the 2009 Morris parents just wanted their girls to have a fair chance to tryout for the future 2009 MF ECNL team. When DB's post on social media named RT the coach and south jersey the practice location it took the team by surprise that their girls weren't even going to be given a chance to tryout. Families in the Morris county area aren't going to be able to tryout for a team that practices that far away.

None of the current parents at the Morris location have any faith in the try out process now. It’s disappointing.

5th Place isn’t good enough
Match Fit where it pays to be a winner. American Society used to reward hard work and success. Now the softest parents from Gen X and below just cry, complain and threaten lawsuits when they aren’t all given equal participation trophies. Guess what? Everyone doesn’t make the A team just because it makes you feel good. Stop embarrassing yourselves, suck it up and work harder there is always next year.

Stay in your lane buddy and lower your expectations. Kids that “make it” out of Match fit do it despite the extra obstacles, not because MF makes them better.
