ARE YOU CRAZY?! The clubs do not want that to happen. This is the dilemma the clubs are facing. The trainers have more influence over the players than the clubs do so if trainers get into club they will pull from Weston's player pool and possibly collapse the program. 75% or more of Weston players train outside and confide in their trainers. If trainers go club its over for many clubs.

These people have been scamming dumb parents with overly priced training; sh!tting on clubs left and right to benefit their own pockets.

If you were all so good, you would be putting your money where your mouth is and coach
It’s probably the guys behind these private training businesses that are pushing the anti Weston agenda. There’s a place for private. There’s a place for a structure team experience. Not zero sum. You sound ignorant just bashing the structured clubs.

Running a large club and private training 11 year olds are two totally different skills sets.

if the clubs had proper high level coaches, there would be no private training business.

There is no structure at Weston. No curriculum, no methodology. Russo wrote the curriculum and he's being fired for handing in a airplane safety manual as a training session.

Both of which Weston cannot do. I think that is the point you are trying to make.

The inter miami players private train. Kids in every club private train. There is a limit to what a coach could do in 1.5 hours 3 times a week with 15-20 kids. It’s not a reflection on the club - just a reality of supply/demand. Some coaches are good at tactical but do not provide sufficient technical. Many different scenarios. No need to bash any club. Negativity shows ignorance. The services provided by private training will be in demand if you are good no matter what.

I just spilt my tea. Can you say that for me one more time? It's to the point, factual, accurate and spot on.

They have 4+ teams in almost every age group. Top 2 are very competitive state wide. That’s a lot of parents being “fooled”. Or maybe you are wrong ???

The issue is that the players of your bottom 2 teams of your 4 do not train outside. The problem is your top 2 teams is made up of the players who do train outside with trainers. Now i can see and you can see why you should be worried.
