    Ucf - tiffany roberts sahaydak

When Tiffany became the coach of the UCF women's soccer program in 2013 she inherited a team that should of been a final 4 team.
    1) Unfortunately her and her husband being defensive specialists did not know how to coach creative offensive football with the players she had. From mid-field to forwards the team she had was capable of more than Tiffany had to offer as a coach. The team for the 2013 & 2014 could play chess but she could not get pass checkers as a coach.
    2) The bad losses the team suffered those years came from a defense that she gave most of the credit too. From mid-fielders to forwards which were the backbone of the team would fight to attack and play defense, the opponents would rarely get the ball on the defensive side of the field.
    3) The 2014 team that lost to Florida State in the round of 16 1 - 0 was just another typical loss that UCF suffered when her two favorite defensive players made a mistake and gave up a very soft goal to the eventual NCAA Champs.
    4) Because of her favoritism to a couple of bad apples on the team and coaching decisions she made a number of players left the team and did not return the following season. The results for the following season which was a diasaster showed her true coaching ability.
    5) Now this year with UCF receiving a high seed then losing to a weak team in the first round of NCAA shows what could have been if UCF did not hire Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak as a coach!!!
