3 subs is almost too many. 6 is insane. You want max playing time for development, you aren't getting max playing time with 2 full teams.

Every "elite" NJ club has that sub scheme unfortunately. STA, PDA, Morris Elite, Cedar Stars, TSF, they all have 2 - 3 teams per age group and they carry 15 kids on each team. Why are people surprised to see this at games. Oh yeah and they charge 3k for the fall and Spring season. Then they charge you an extra $500+ for winter special training lol and summer select.

thank you for posting the score, the JFF team will monitor Kearny Dynamo and other teams in the "26-35" position mix. The flight win at the Jeff Cup vs another top 26-35 mix team (FC Copa Millstone) has the Dynamo in the mix, but we need to see more Spring '21 divisional play.
