That jerk is still allowed to coach in 2001 age group, but all those 2002 girls had to forfeit their state cup because of him. How is that fair?

You actually expect FYSA to care? They don’t make rational decisions . They can probably justify letting him coach his other team. Rules do not apply evenly to them.

I'm not seeing how Warner is a winner in this decision.

4 hour drive from Tallahassee to Auburndale. Need to leave on Friday evening.
Stay in Lakeland on Friday evening. Hotels are running about $150+tax=$175
Dinner in Lakeland at one of the strip malls = $75-$100 per family
Early wake up and breakfast to be at the fields by 7 am for 8 am game. Hopefully the hotel serves breakfast before 7 on the weekends or its dunkin donuts and waffle house.
90 minute game on a former cow pasture. If you're lucky, you'll also get to see the Polk County prison chain gang that cleans that park on the weekend mornings.
Win game? Add lunch, another night hotel, dinner = $300
Rinse, lather, and repeat for Sunday for another 8 am game.
(PS-college scouts don't watch 8am weekend games)
