Just two cities with the same name in different states, State Association complexes.
Do some research and you will find out many USYS State Associations supply complexes ranging in size and scope. Hawaii is another. Build your list.
Where is America sentiment is fully understood and noted, not where in America.
I know this is common in Europe, but it is not common here.
Make your own list.

Make your own list.
California Youth Soccer has the most registered players in the US and complex
Massachusetts offers you a visual of a state complex.

Random thoughts seem to be your affliction, not sure you even know how to make a list.
or maybe you're just high.

Might want to check out your clubs finances and see where the money is going in your club. What I find most interesting about your post is you are looking for someone else, OYSA to build you a field.
It's interesting that you confuse individual local community benefactors (wa. timbers/ESU) who fund fields for their neighborhood clubs as proof they are a financial responsible club, whilst they are nearly bankrupt today. The Fields were donated you goofball.
Next.

Isn’t OYSA a vehicle for the Timbers to make profits off youth soccer? I don’t really know just asking. So if the profits do go to a for-profit company you can’t expect facilities to come out of the deal.
This is America and a profit motive is not a bad thing.

No the Timbers are a vehicle

If you want fields build them or put together a group and build them. If you want a different league build it, but don't ask someone else to do it for you. In either case OYSA can be facilitator but not the driving force. In short get involved and make a difference.

OYSA feeding their membership driven league, cup & rtc/odp revenues to a third party for-profit for what service or exchange of goods? Please explain.
This whole setup resembles a street corner market paying protection monies in south Boston to the Winter Hill Gang, this is in fact a very bad thing. .

OYSA sanctions league and has other youth leagues not associated with the Timbers/Thorns. If the youth clubs in the Portland area, for example, wanted to form a league and have it sanctioned by OYSA they could. However looking at the current make up of the membership in the Portland Timbers / Thorns and overwhelming enrollment of clubs they like what they are freely enrolling in.

Fact is other state associations as well as hundreds of membership based non profit clubs across this nation do serve their members and among other things construct complexes on their own.
When you are paying fees to the club & state association for leagues, cards & etc this transaction repeated thousands of times a year by members creates revenues that should be directed to the non profit needs/mission, but instead it's directed to bloated payrolls of little value or oversight.
It's hard to make a difference, when the clubs and association don't know the difference of a for profit or a non profit.
Count yourself as one of them.

MS & EL were OYSA lifers that do the same jobs for OYSA today they have always done when they parked at Western Ave, even if their paystub say peregrine.
Timbers/Thorns should be paying the OYSA for sponsorship branding of leagues/cups/odp not getting paid for labeling them and the kicker is they are using de facto oysa staff in this upside arrangement which funnels monies to peregrine.
Shell Corp. would be a better league branding fit.

This group has chosen to contract with a 3rd party for services, in this case ODP. The Portland Timbers / Thorns offer a league, clubs register for it. Change is relativity easy within this environment if people get involved. Most board members run unopposed, and many positions are not even filled. So sit back and complain about the leadership but don't get involved. By the way the current board president will be setting down after his term maybe you would like to propose a plan. Sit down with club director and run.
Highlighting a con isn't complaining, it's called educating or a reveal.
