Doesn’t seem to be much of an issue as the two teams played on Saturday and it was 2-2. Although SJEB are a first year GDA program, the younger teams are doing well.

Penn Fusion was the only GDA in town, but no longer. Now, South Jersey kids don’t have to travel to United Sports Center. Girls from Central PA now have PA Classics as an option. Penn Fusion has survived off of Central PA and NJ kids, but that will significantly dissipate, and you can already seeing the gap starting to close.

results over the years in the ECNL between fc bucks, continental and penn fusion were always tight. 2-2 game is nothing new. result could be better, but bucks will be fine after things get sorted out.

Considering delco finished in last place in the ECNL south division last year, and bucks finished third - this was definitely not a good result for bucks, especially considering they were lucky to tie.

I’m sure people lost a lot of sleep over the result of a u14 game. Give me a break. Lol

the team will bounce back when the club gets things sorted out. a couple changes and things will be fine. delco is funny, results are not important....except when they get a result, a tie, than the result does matter....it's all about the kids....lol

Serious question - what makes you think things will be “sorted out” at bucks?

I hope you are right but with the dad coach being a member of the board as well as a member of the good old boys club with Dan and Chris - I don’t have confidence things will get sorted out.

FCB can stand for many things one of which is FC Brossman

At least Bucks isn’t delco. Delco ecnl will be folding soon.

I am sure that’s what you are hoping for bucks parent!

It doesn't really matter much for FC Bucks parents if FC Delco folds. FC Delco ECNL failing doesn't help the FC Bucks situation that much. FC Bucks needs to fix in-house issues, and when, or if that happens, the club will be fine. FC Delco have in-house problems, as well as no feeder system, which is the main cause of low roster numbers and less than average talent. They also have new coaches with little experience working with female players and playing in the ECNL. If the goal is college soccer, the people at FC Delco will struggle with getting kids to college. They are learning as they go, which is never good. Over the years more girls have left FC Bucks for PDA, Match Fit, PA Strikers and Penn Fusion, not FC Delco, and FC Delco was in a far better position back then, than they are now, they are almost to rock bottom. This isn't an opinion, this is based on low roster numbers, as well as less than average talent. The ECNLRL teams struggled with FC Bucks, and the low roster numbers were not a good look. Wait until these teams have to take a trip to Boston, Hartford and Long Island, with low roster numbers, only to get beat by 10 goals as those clubs have better ECNLRL teams. Parents learn quickly that EDP or PAGS, or whatever league, work just as well to meet the goals of these types of players playing ECNLRL. People are not going to stick around for long. This is also the case for the FC Delco ECNL teams. FC Delco ECNL hopes to gain players coming from worse situations, as they don't have any type of feeder system. Clubs are getting better, so players don't leave as much. The Westmont girls are staying at Westmont, and the Spirit United girls have gone to Penn Fusion and FC Delco has no feeder system. The leadership at FC Bucks is a mess, but it has been far worse at FC Delco for many years. It is easy to see why each of the two clubs have fallen so far. FC Bucks have the player, just poor leadership, FC Delco don't have the players, and they have poor leadership.

Not so sure a strong delco wouldn’t hurt Bucks. There are many Bucks players from the deep run area and they can easily go to Delco if they decide its better. Not saying delco is going to get better, but a strong delco club is not good for Bucks.

That short ride down 476 to a top notch training facility looks awfully good compared to driving over an hour to be coached by a dad on a sliver of turf.

Not if delco ecnl is folding soon. Which all signs point to yes on that.

By “all signs” you meant FC bucks people trashing Delco. The two clubs are locked in a death match to be the least worst. I would take everything on here about Delco with a grain of salt. The club as had better coaching and leadership hires than bucks. Better facilities than bucks. More players selected for National ID camps than bucks. More teams in ecnl playoffs than bucks. People point to low roster numbers at Delco but bucks also has low roster numbers going so far as to have mid year tryouts. Has Delco forfeited any games. No. So they are making it work. All objective measures point to Delco gaining on bucks
