Learn to read. I said I don't see pda shore on the girls side. The teams there are bad. PDA shore on the girls side is middle to upper middle of the pack but nothing amazing. They usually never play anyone good and feast on beating up on township teams.

I agree with the PDA Shore assessment on the girls side avg at best and when is the last time they played top level competition. The sad part is they won’t get that in Alliance league why even play in this league?

Hopefully EDP will take over this league so we’re not stuck playing in it vs C and D teams....not sure if it’s in the plans.

No chance, this is a US Club league specifically created to accommodate academy B and C (in some cases beyond that D and E, like PDA,MF etc). EDP would gain absolutely nothing by acquiring and in reality this is the equivalent of playing 3rd or 4th Div EDP anyway. I wish all the teams playing in it good luck and hope it develops to be a bit more competitive over time.

reality check is that EDP and US Club Soccer (aka Alliance, ECNL, ECNLR, NPL) are directly competing with each other.

they exist to hurt the development soccer landscape and maximize their own profits.

I tend to agree as Alliance was created to hurt EDP not to help the teams in Alliance....unfortunately business gets in the way of truly growing and developing the sport!

EDP & EDP Futures Spring 2020 both schedules published and clubs on their website. Alliance Soccer League has "Fall 2019" on the homepage on their website. No league or club updates, no Spring 2020 schedules. 🤷🏻*♂️

Well that’s the difference in a nut shell, comparing a start up league in Alliance to an established and well organized one like EDP/USYS. The parents that are putting up with their kids playing in Alliance must be drinking some major kool aid. I guess if they just expect a fun recreational league they should be ok.

Have the Alliance schedules been posted yet? I still don’t see anything in GotSoccer...

no public schedule posting on the website either. no twitter posts since New Year's, no FB or Inta pages. no "new club" announcements. many teams that played alliance in the Fall are also registered for EDP. with edp (some teams) starting this weekend one would assume that a schedule will be posted shortly...at this point alliance is on a similar or behind posting fixture and flighting time tables as the NCSA, MCYSA, MOSA, SJSL and MNJYSA

That seems very amateurish, going backwards.

should have paid the EDP fees. well worth it.

And yet some clubs continued to tell players / parents that teams would be participating there. A few have still not registered in alternate leagues like EDP. Pretty tough to get kids playing time if you've got a roster of 25 kids and that other league didn't materialize.

Are you suggesting that Alliance won't run at all for the spring season?
