The club would be better to have a huge pool of A players that share two coaches and rotate in an A licensed coach to work with the group too, and then mix up teams and call players for different matches and tournaments. Then there would be no need to ever call in players from Arkansas, Washington State, and FKK's second team players to make a FESA U18 team for Nationals.

If that was your concern then why did you move the to the weekend before Labor Day. Oh to stop teams from being in your tournament and the LDSO.

With the LDSO teams get a day off to travel and head back to school a little more rested.

It's been almost 10-weeks since your B team kid got passed over for Nationals and you're still whining about that? I'm starting to see from your behavior why your B-teamer got passed over.

Can't train without decent coaches of which, you have few. All N. Florida is getting a clue which is why you have no decent players outside of your 01 girls. Even that has much to do with the SJCD connection you little toad.

There has been only one SJCD player on the 01 girls team for the last few years. She was on JS's FESA team and after the birth year change MP recruited her over to his SJCD private school and then simultaneously onto his 01 FESA team.

Than it would be logical that Armada has more money to develop players since it has not been paying a high priced ED for over a year while FESA has Bubb $ucking them dry.

Not just talking about the 01 team. It is a symbiotic relationship in both directions.

When is Bubb's five year contract up for renewal?

Hopefully soon so we can cut our clubs salary expenses.

Ha, with all the positive feedback and players kicking arse. He won't be going anywhere.

That is funny. He'll be evaluated by the board on many factors: coaching retention and getting coaches licensed, making decisions that are in the best interest of the clubs players,..

Positive feedback?!! Where the h3ll did you go to find that? Nevermind, you must be talking about the front office, the board, and their spouses. Good source.

                              FESA Board

To be a FESA board member...must be quite a hazard to walk that hazard. Last time the FESA DOC was sent packing...he turned around and sued the club he loved so much. That guy isn't going anywhere without a settlement...put that in the bank, and a lot more when i get in that office.

Coaching retention isn’t good at FESA. The good ones figure out the scam and get out of dodge quickly. The Creeks/JYS crew stick around as they’ve nowhere to go!
