Haha, ok I'll bite. The 05 girls won overall correct?
I was there watching and the 05 team is much much better than the 04 team. The 04 will really struggle this season.

And the 04 team won 1-0 in the Wednesday scrimmage in the last minute, the 05 girls were dominating that game too.

Ok, so let's set the table for the GDA season for the WFF:
Who is this knucklehead on TS going on & on about how the U16/17 team is going to finish in the top 3 of the SE division? Is that you YY? Clearly a parent from that team or YY.
You might want to try talking with some of the actual players on that team, they will give you the skinny-they are not good. The team is simply not talented enough. There is talent on that team, but it is not nearly enough to finish remotely near the top of the standings.
The U18/19 is even worse. There are players on that team that should be playing CDL. Roster fillers & alot of them. This team would be stretching it to win 3 games this year.
The U15s-again, not enough overall talent on this team from top to bottom. See the scrimmages against the younger girls. Another back breaking year for the U15s.
The U14s-this is the best team that WFF has, hands down & the future of the club. Very good talent spread across the team & I see this particular team finishing in the upper half & being competitive with the TH's of the soccer world.
Another long slog of a season for WFF & their GDA teams.

Based on the fact that you watched both scrimmages, and using the tone that you’re using, I’m going to guess that you’re an 05 parent. I agree, your daughter’s team does look strong, as they should since the Corvette team has been together for years. Unfortunately the core of the parents has been around for years as well, and it is your original comment that makes you group of parents look like one of the worst in the entire state of Florida.

The WFF early year coaches don't develop players. That's why very few players are able to make it when they get older. This problem has been going on for years over there. They know about it, but don't do anything to fix it.

And this is why even the GDA 2005 team as well as the GDA 2004 team will struggle. Both teams are in for a rude awakening and the TBU parents that left and wish to "blend in", they're gonna be looking for a place to run to (OMG what did we get ourselves into moments coming soon!). What are the WFF parents gonna do when these supposed "great" teams aren't even remotely competitive?
