Glastonbury is a huge soccer town and one of the larger high schools in CT. Every year they gets kids from Oakwood, CFC, Sporting, FSA etc.
Perhaps a small dip last year with the Academy but many of these kids have already seen the light and are deciding not to give up HS soccer in favor of the GDA.
They have a unique problem at GHS with club players on the JV team

Football plays on the upper field girls soccer doesnt they play on the lower field
The lower field was put in around 2009-10 jimmyO was still there so how far back do you mean
Football is certainly a fixture but so is lacrosse and girls soccer
10 years ago boys hoops would have been at the top of that list and lax wouldn't have been on the list but the other 2 would still be there
