Yep. Shame on northeast FL big three clubs leadership for not finding a way to hook up top teams at least once a year, even if in common, non-league tournament. Like they could not find a weekend to do a battle royale to settle as this talk back and forth about who is better than who. ECNL and NPLs play but DAs in their own world and like it that way.

They will hook up in the different leagues: ECNL, NPL, FSPL, NFYSL.

Possibly the most naive thing I have read on here. Most of the problems with youth soccer in Florida is when they let coaches run clubs. Like asking a great software developer to lead a software software company - the wheels come off fast!

Funny. Most DOCs have been coaches and continue to coach teams in the director role. One top dog paid more on the leadership team but other coaches can have shared leadership responsibilities. Other coaches can be over the boys side or the girls side, but none should be paid in extreme and no DOC should be making $160,000 for delegating the administrative team to make the calendar and player passes. It isn't rocket science.
