No kidding. Boys encl ad fesa is a wasteland of mediocrity, poor coaching, poor decisions (going to SD instead of PA) and board more interested in $$$ than development. Boys ecnl is a joke in and of itself, but fesa takes it to whole new level of incompetence.

I don't think so. Remember when JFC/Armada posted resumes of their coaches? The parents could see who was legit despite 90% of them couldn't tell the difference between nscaa and ussf! Now it's been taken off for years! Go figure! Fesa has the best coaches in Jacksonville period. JM is the best boys Encl coach. MP is the best coaches on the girls side. DA/Encl debate is ****, because you are ****. It's hard to swallow when little old creeks and jysc decided to merge and get their **** together. DA isn't the only problem in the youth soccer system you pee-brain. Why do you see an effort to revamp the coaching license structure? You just don't get it. Armada is sinking my friend. The poor decisions are your inabilities to understand the fractured youth system and how ussf has implemented a terrible system called the...UNITED STATES SOCCER DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY and Jacksonville Armada kids are falling victims! I want to smack you.

9,0000 strong! We are Florida Elite!!!! Have a good one.

BWAAAHAAHAA! Look what the little feces punk trolled up now. Keep trying to sell your boys rec...err...ecnl program as legit. Keep pretending that your boys rec program is respected. Keep pretending that you actually get quality recruits instead of players who didn't make the cut from other clubs.

The only smack you have is the one SB gives you in the shower each night after he picks your pocket and BS services your wife. Man it must suck filling out that Palm Beach College app with your kids because the suck academically and athletically.

You should make sure there are no sharp objects when you look in the mirror and realize how badly you've been duped at fesa and how you failed your kids. Now go strap on your SB autographed volt knee pads, assume your only useful position because practice is cancelled and SB has nothing better to do.

I won’t be quite so crass as the first person to respond to you, but I do agree with him that your little rant is quite laughable! JM may be the best boys ECNL coach....at FESA. When asked why his teams play the direct (kickball) style of play vs. possession and building out of the back and through the midfield, he said, and I quote, “you’ve got to play the hand with the crappy cards you were dealt. I can’t teach them to be technically sound at this point, so we do what we have to do to get the wins.” End quote!!! There’s your rockstar ECNL boys coach FESA.
Armada’s coaching staff on the boys side has at least 4 A-licensed coaches, and several others that are working towards it. PC, TK, MW, LA, VT, and CM have brought the Armada boys DA to a full slate of teams, and a program that is now well respected in the eyes of US Soccer and other DA clubs. Armada DA boys are now in residency programs with the Portland Timbers, Atlanta United, and at Montverde with OC. Another DA player is in Austria now playing with NY Red Bull’s DA. Tough to lose great players, but Armada and it’s staff are instrumental in helping facilitate these opportunities for the betterment of the players. I know that’s an unknown concept for those of you from volt nation.
By all accounts, MP is certainly a quality coach with impressive credentials. One could easily argue that MW from Armada is just as accomplished, and has certainly helped in placing many girls in quality collegiate programs.
Finally, so it’s 9,000 kids now? Mr. Mails propaganda piece from last week said 8,000. You guys are up nearly 15% in a week? Man, you guys are growing fast!
You really wanna smack me now don’t ya? I bring the truth and knowledge on things you know nothing about. Come get me BIG BOY. I can be found most nights at Patton Park. You can expect a solid @$$ whipping if you’re feeling froggy. But hey, you limey’s in volt are used to that when you come to Patton aren’t you!

"Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees." This saying captures the phenomenal growth we have experienced at Florida Elite. As each of us is involved in certain aspects of our club, we may not appreciate the scope of Florida Elite's success. You are an integral part of something unique!

It's with tremendous excitement that we welcome everyone back for the start of a new season.

Florida Elite's culture is about excellence, commitment, opportunity and a clear pathway for every player. During the last year, Florida Elite strengthened its position as Florida's preeminent club. We now have 8,000 players spread throughout six counties.

Our success is due to the incredible commitment of our coaches, staff, volunteers, parents and most of all, players. Of course, it helps having an Executive Director, Sean Bubb, who was voted the number one coach in the USA.

Nearly every kid comes through our recreational program. Florida Elite's DNA is imprinted in the kids at an early age. The rec program and its players are the backbone of the club. We work hard to provide more services for our recreational players and coaches than any other club in the nation. Professional coaches supervise the program and train our fantastic, volunteer coaches. We offer free clinics for coaches and players and created our own recreational tournament so kids experience the thrill of tournament play.

Here are a few of our remarkable achievements during the last year:

College Scholarships: 50+ players from 1st, 2nd and even our 3rd teams are receiving scholarships to play soccer at some of the finest colleges in the country. Next year we anticipate an even higher number.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club: Florida Elite signed an initial three-year agreement to provide a fully-qualified Tottenham Hotspur coach to work alongside Florida Elite’s coaching staff. The partnership will train multiple elite teams, while overseeing player development using renowned coaching methods developed within the Tottenham Hotspur Academy. Florida Elite players will have the chance to visit London and train at the club’s world-class training centre – Hotspur Way. Our first players have already had this life-changing experience. We want every kid at the club to have this amazing opportunity.

European Soccer: 2003 ECNL Boys traveled to Europe and defeated various pro clubs youth teams. This included teams from Tottenham Hotspur, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Partick Thistle. We now mix with the best of European youth soccer. Anderson Tucker, Eduardo Gonzalez and Jack Dearie all played in Northern Ireland's prestigious Super Cup tournament for professional teams. Josiah Yost, Hunter Sweat Nate Thompson were also invited.

Bahamas Football Federation: We now have an unprecedented partnership with the Bahamas Football Federation. Coaches and players from both sides will benefit from this relationship.

Player Development League (PDL): In 2019, Florida Elite will launch it's first team in the professional leagues. PDL is the third tier of US soccer after MLS and USL.

Florida Elite Invitational: The South East's largest pre-season tournament will have 325 teams participating from states as far as Carolina, Georgia and Kansas.

College Fit Finder Partnership: Providing every U14 and up competitive player with a FREE powerful college research and recruiting tool

Economic Impact: Incoming teams from outside our counties, provide economic impact for our local counties of almost $100 million.

Scholarships: We provide everyone with the opportunity to play.

Bill Shankly, the legendary Liverpool manager famously said, "If you are first you are first. If you are second you are nothing." When you develop players correctly, they win.

Daughter hasn't seen the field at UNF and she never made it onto the highschool field before she was injured. Bubb doesn't respect his B team players to have them sub at ECNL Nationals and brought in players from Washington, Arkansas and FKK in Orlando. He doesn't get mad when his daughter doesn't play because he knows she is B level but he is okay with her being part of the bench team to keep the UNF and FESA connection strong.

Very nice list. I'm happy to see a President actually communicate with the parents at the club. All is true. ED "jfc" couldn't put the time in and work. Not to mention other directors at armada that do exactly the same thing. If you aren't DA, Encl or a fill in good luck with communication.

                    Fesa is killing it.

I honestly pity your pettiness and naivety! You have absolutely ZERO actual or factual insight into the health and/or success of the Armada FC Youth Academy. You think that just because you post a few inflammatory claims on an anonymous thread that people believe it’s true?
