Watching several tournament games his summer I am impressed with the amount of talented players in the U9/U10 age groups. It will be fun to see what some of these little powerhouse teams will do as they grow!

Deep breath. Slowly let it out.
Just have fun. Enjoy every minute. It’s over quick.
Ps- don’t ever come back to this awful place again. You life will be immesmsely better. Mark my words.

Stop. Don’t reply to yourself “you know that U9 Acme team looked really great. “
Move on. The seratonin hit you get isn’t worth it.
Go mow the lawn. Edge it. Hit it with some weed and feed. Then go for a run.

Watched some toddlers kick the ball into a pugg goal the other day. Wow. The US is going to win the world cup in 20 years.

Usually U12 is the age or so when it's considered even somewhat kosher to start talking about kid teams, and many prefer to wait until kids are even older.
But U9 or U10? Way too early. Lots of kids aren't fully developed in basic motor skills, and there may be kids that can barely kick a ball at that age that in 2-3 years will be very good. Conversely, the little hotshots you see who developed their large motor skills early, might not be so great when other kids catch up.
Appreciate the kids with some skill at this age. But know that it's predictive of nothing.
