Some end up going private, others don't play HS at all.

Now on the same notion, just because your kid plays club (i.e. Mommy and Daddy can foot the bill for you to play on the 8th level club team) does not translate into a good soccer player.

So you are telling me that more than 20-30 kids within the school play club but not high school?

They are elite DA/ECNL players and have accolades that include US soccer's regional and national programs. It doesn't have to do with money at all. Some now play DA and some are just training with their club (ECNL starts in the spring) because they have had such a bad experience with town soccer literally making fun of them for playing club. I have heard the stories that these girls are asked to make a choice and forego their development just to get along with the status quo.

[QUOTE=Unregistered;2320376]Originally posted by Unregistered View PostSo how will each team be?:
Wachusett -Will win CMass
Algonquin -Will be in CMass final
Shepherd Hill -Should play in a lower division
Shrewsbury - Will be just OK
Marlboro - Will be in top 4
Nashoba - Will be in top 4
Westboro - Not much of a factor
North Middlesex - Bottom Feeder
Grafton - Won't make much of a splash in playoffs
Tantasqua - will be at top of their league like always due to very weak schedule like the boys team.

soccer. We are talking the powerhouse elite clubs that will
have the top girls play either DA or train with their club.
SHS soccer parents don’t complain because these girls
would start and play every minute. The club parents don’t care
because many feel the quality is too low. They are focused on
Division 1 college opportunities.
