Like Prime is some super club. Give me a fvcking break. The Club underachieves despite its talent because training is weak and coaching is passive with politics and favoritism dominating.

What does Prime have going for it? Field gypsy. Low licensed and dad coaches, BUT....ECNL...which allows HS soccer. And all the rich Mias in SF like to play at their private high schools and score a bunch of goals against sucky scrubs that could barely make an NPL team, so they get in the paper and mom and dad can post about it on Facebook. Awesome business model.

Congrats to Alan for betting on the winning horse, ECNL. That took some foresight and luck, but congrats none the less.

Yes, Weston and TH do have the same problems...some talented players that are looking to lesser clubs and lesser coaches because their club is in GAL and not ECNL. Don’t confuse Weston of 2019 with the Weston of the past....JS has the club going in the right direction after Carlos and Tricia ran the girls side into the ground and it was on its death bed thanks to them. Alan then used those two to try and finish off Weston...where are those two now?

TH is at risk of losing players to other local clubs due to the league. What’s hard to understand about that?

These are all facts. Come at me.

    Great post.

When Carlos bailed...that SAME season (because Weston sucks at keeping leaders) , Tim was out in charge. Then that summer, in rides your boy Jerome. 4 heads of one club within a 12 month window ...go effing figure
Btw...Tim was never in charge of the DA or officially a head coach of a DA team. He can’t be because he doesn’t hold an A license.

Pretty much everything you posted is wrong.

ECNL should intervene and merge both clubs into one Super-ECNL powerhouse!

There's definitely club politics at Prime but they're carried over from the Sunrise Sting days with Andres & his side kick Jackie P

Can someone explain why this guy has to coach the same 04 girls for 5 years? Does it make any sense? It's making it harder to ignore the rumors about AC and his obsession with 04 girls

In charge? In charge of what?

He was the Girls DA director for Weston when he left almost mid season. He was the one meeting with parents and teams. He was the one running practices and making rosters. He was coaching multiple DA teams. So, I would say he was in charge of the DA when he left. Tricia was in the back ground coaching her pre-DA teams and certainly not running the DA. She ran everything in the ECNL days, but not when the club moved to DA.

Camacho is still coaching the 2004's ??? And JP & her daughter is still involved? Weirddddddd....

He was coaching them 3 years ago when my daughter played for Sunrise Sting before we moved to Tampa.

                        Hopefully not.

What Carlos accomplished by his mishandling of HS soccer and ODP along with leaving (the second time) during midseason was to almost completely dismantle the program.
