I'm sure they could, but it seems they took the easy and fast way out. Eager young coach, probably paying them pennies vs what a more experienced coach would demand.

Yale had a good year and obviously she was part of it. Successful assistants know how to win and become successful head coaches.
If they had a losing record during her time there then i would question as well.
