Agree with previous posts that First Coast and Ormond Beach are strong, as is JYSA Fury for that region. West Pines Black and Weston have two of the strongest teams in the state. In Region C, FC Tampa Lutz Rangers, West Florida Premier, Strictly Soccer and Lakeland are top. CFK Black is strong. See more this weekend after the TBU ACDC Tournament...

TBU South is pretty weak. TBU North has a fairly solid team. Both are in ACDC Tournament this weekend so the results should judge for themselves.

That is embarrasing...North team losing to Fusion! The TBU South team lost by 7 goals each game. The U9s look pretty bad also...almost all losses. The coaches have ALOT of work to do there...
Now, let's see how the east coast teams play out at the end of the month at the West Pines Classic...should tell us the contenders in Region A.

yes, everyone has seen the posts over and over and its not about winning or losing in the younger age groups, however ask ANY kid in competitive soccer if they are ok with losing every game and you will get your answer.
Yes, 'individual' development is important at the younger ages...but isn't it just as important in the older age groups? You always want to improve technically as an individual, so you can contribute more to the team. I have seen time and time, club after club, where you have 6 talented 'individuals' on the field who don't understand how to play as a team. They don't know the concepts of passing and support, their positions, basic strategy etc. What's wrong with teaching this at the younger ages?
This isn't about bragging and smashing teams egos, its about competion and teams want to play against better teams, so they can get better. What's wrong with wanting to know who these teams are...

Exactly and typically the teams winning are the more technically developed teams as technical breeds tactical play. No matter what age its all relevant to the game and development of soccer concepts.
