It's part of their philosophy of more training, more rest, fewer games. ECNL has travel partners so you travel every other weekend and get two games per weekend (most of the time, sometimes a few glitches).

GA changed to the more liberal sub rules, which negates the need to do the 4 trainings / 1 game per week DA rule (which DA didn't adhere to anyway).
They do the same thing as ecnl most weeks, 3 pracitces and 2 games.
