Players don’t want an old coach that is their friend. The reason SS wins is because he can obviously recruit. The reason he’s so liked is because he’s everybody’s friend. Real players want young coaches. Not old men. And they want coaches that drive them hard to succeed. That’s why DC at Bolts and CB at NEFC are the best in the area. They aren’t looking for friends. They are looking for winners that can handle the heat.

Best coaches, you put DC and CB as the best coaches? The best coaches are the ones not relying on league play as a recruitment tool. That should narrow down the list. Best coaches make the best players by actually teaching them the game

Don’t have to be a juvie to know he’s one of the top coaches. It’s ok to be from another club and say a coach is strong. No one will mind.
