I am guessing they could just expand the seating around their initial turf. Two more turfs are going in this spring. So four turf fields, an outdoor pavilion and a clubhouse with a bar. Tough to rival that setup.

while this is exciting, the kids need the new turf fields more than this team. This team has to be able to fund itself, and not draw from money that could be used to build the fields

It’s an amateur team. They won’t cost anything.

Ok..who will pay Gorni's coaching fee? Where did the franchise fee come from? Where are annual league fees coming from? Perhaps tickets sales? Doubtful..ever been to NPSL game?..poor attendance generally

They repurposed the turf money, the club is not getting two/three new turf fields, only getting stadium field now. Poor decision to have three to 4 turf fields on their property would have set them apart from everyone else, this NPSL will turn out to be a waste of money and time.

Owning even two turfs fields will set them apart. Add the bar and it’s the best thing going around these parts.
