It's a matter of who is getting it ( more kids and younger adults now) and whether or not they wind up in the hospital or even dying ( kids and young adultsdon'tnearlyas much as older adults). Those numbers aren't going through the roof . Older people are mostly vax'd but there are still many vulnerable adults <65 with medical issues that haven't yet and need to be.
