As you pointed out he has had the team for two years now. There shouldn't be a need to use 4-5 guest players from the younger team now. He has had more than enough time to develop the players by now. Our time and money is being wasted they haven't developed and they get no playing time.
If our girls are so below the teams level he should have never picked them. The best thing for them would have been to be on the second team where they would get more playing time. Not get literally 3-5 minutes a game as then be told they are a waste of time and money.
Oh but wait if he would have done that there wouldn't be enough girls for the team.
The club has no clue of what is going on they took are money poof disappeared. They got us with a pretty good used car salesman pitch. Yes it's my fault for drinking that koolaid. If the club did what they said they would and would be using the Kimet system and reviewing what is going on they would see all the lack of playing time for the weaker girls Brown seems not to be able to develop and the excess of playing time on the younger girls having to be pulled up to fill the gaps. As per the clubs Kimet system that gathers all the analytics to help "develop" players.
Again we are being shown West Pines really doesn't care about the girls program.Comment
