SS is also the coach of the u17 team, and I would love to know where the poster got his vegas odds from. Hes sticking around.

By the way..so was JC, CH & GS last year.
If you can't see the up & down over the last four years with WFF, then you sir are wearing WFF googles. Place has been & continues to be a bit of mess. It what it is. Maybe it improves, but factual history says otherwise.
As I said, good luck to this poster's daughter in her decision.

Clubs will use DPs for a variety of reasons but they are discouraged from offering DPs as a form retention or recruitment. It is up to you to determine their true interest and intentions with your player.
She can't be a DP as she is not in WFF, she would have to accept a fully rostered DA position.

Additionally, if you and your daughter decided to go to the DA and have been offered a spot, since DA is not governed by FYSA, a release fee should not apply, you do not need the player pass as it is a different governing body.

Good point about ECNL/NPL/CDL. In most age groups at WFF they barely have one team now so that would also hinder any "fluidity." Would still be leery of any promises they pretend to make - about anything.
