Well, they show WT FC as Oregon, so perhaps someone got confused.

EXISTING CLUBS PROMOTED INTO U-13:
AFC Lightning (South Atlantic)
Campton United SC (Mid-America)
Capital Area RailHawks - CASL South (South Atlantic)
Crossfire Premier (Washington)
Eastside FC (Washington)
Florida Rush Soccer Club (Sunshine)
Greater Seattle Surf SC (Washington)
ISL FC (South Atlantic)
LA Galaxy San Diego (Southwest)
Lanier Soccer Association (South Atlantic)
Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) (Southwest)
Minnesota Thunder Academy (Mid-America)
NEFC (Northeast)
New York City FC (Northeast)
NTH - NASA (South Atlantic)
Pacific Northwest Soccer Club (Washington)
Seattle United (Washington)
Snohomish Youth Soccer Club (Washington)
Southern Soccer Academy (South Atlantic)
TSF Academy (Metro)
United Futbol Academy (South Atlantic)
Washington Premier FC (Washington)
Washington Rush (Washington)
The Oregon 05s will get the minimum 25 percent PT in games if they are competing with 04s on the same team. What a waste.

All of the Oregon clubs that were approved for the 2017/18 year only now have one DA team that will be a birth year 04 and 05 mix with player cap supposedly at 20. Is this correct? None were granted teams for 05 and 04 separately. Correct? Clubs are:

Westside Timbers
Crossfire Oregon
FC Portland
Capital FC
BSC

How many 05s do they have to take on each team?

Up to club from what I've been told.

Some say 25% minimum recommendation from USSF, others say up to 50%. Unclear.
