The story will be national news in the next few days. DA will not have a choice but to disassociate itself.

Burying the thread didn't work, so now you'll just call people names?

          A sex crime occurred.

Whoever keeps trying to push these threads down by updating older threads is sick. We're not going to give up on making sure everyone knows about this story.

If the events occurred on January 29 and considering that Weston has reported the incident to Safe Sport immediately or a few days later to do so, waiting for the teams to return from Colombia, we are talking about the first week or two weeks of February. If Safe Sport has 90 days to investigate and respond, then during early May, this should have been completed. If the parents' demand is from the end of May, Weston's email to the parents of the club is from a few days ago, coinciding with the release in the digital press and TV channels and the declarations to the press of Safe Sport that they are in a process of investigation, then it is not clear that Weston FC will report these events in the hours after they occurred, because today it have already passed, almost 4 months.

Actually the requirement for reporting is 24 hours. Note the last line about failure to report. https://ussoccer.app.box.com/s/wk8nm...8pvwywmdkklzju.

U.S. Soccer has zero tolerance for abuse or misconduct of any kind. As part of this framework, U.S. Soccer encourages a culture of respect and open communication in which all participants feel comfortable reporting concerns, whether the concerns involve suspected abuse or any other misconduct. DA Personnel are reminded of their obligation under the Federal the Protecting Young Victims from Sexual Abuse and SafeSport Authorization Act of 2017 (the “SafeSport Act”) to report suspected child abuse to law enforcement authorities
within 24 hours of becoming aware of such information.

In addition, DA Personnel are required to promptly report to U.S. Soccer any matter reported to law enforcement and any other alleged violation of the Safe Soccer framework.
Failure to promptly report may lead to removal from the Development Academy.

Interestingly the link for the Safe Soccer Framework isn't available. Coincidence?
