Wrong. These parents and players are being taken advantage of by a con artist portraying himself as a soccer guru. Year after year he sells the same empty promises while ruining the youth soccer experience for countless players. This man has no integrity. If you can't deliver a service because of your clubs mistake or inability, integrity suggests that you apologize and include the real reason in your apology.

2002/03G vs Shattuck-St. Mary is a lock for WFF. Shattuck-St. Mary is like the IMG of the Midwest - private school for $70K/year and you get to play GDA! But they are terrible. WFF will roll in that game.
