FKK have nothing to back up how great they claim to be. FKK has been nothing but a pain in the ass for soccer in our community.

And their coaching staff is not very good on the girls side with Daddy coaches and the boys staff is even worse. That’s why they promote their league and not the development of players or their staff.

Ouch! Sounds like a lot of bitterness and you are trying to expand the bashing to another FKK connection.

Orlando needs to do what occurred in South Florida. We need (1) ECNL option and (1) GDA option. H

At one time they were consistently state cup final four in most ages. Those times have come and gone.

Then that would also be true with all the other clubs. We get it every club sucks except for yours. You do realize all clubs in way or another promote their league.

No one has daddy coaches like FKK. If you want your kid to play ecnl, just become a coach at fkk.

The FKK boys did pretty well this past season in ECNL.

You do realize alot of clubs have fathers as coaches.

at top competitive teams/clubs a dad should never be allowed to coach his kid.

If you are a rec club by all means coach your kid.

Why? What if he is qualified and one of the better coaches at the club and the alternatives aren't any better? Let's be honest there isn't an abundance of great coaches in the Orlando area and with as many clubs as you have in the area you have a lot of unqualified coaches.

Too many kids playing soccer and not enough good coaches or good referees to handle all the teams in the area.

Why? Just look at their kids who are playing on top teams. Would they really be on that team if daddy wasn't coaching at that club?

Because dads by nature will (in most cases) show favoritism to their kids, their kids friends or kids of their friends. While there are those who can separate it, they are few and far between. Coach your kid privately but not in a team setting.

Not in our experience. The Dad's tend to go harder on their own kids because they have more invested in them and want to push them. If anything, they are borderline mean to their own kid.
