TBU is an incredible club. I can't deny that. Anyone can see that. But not everyone wants to drive 2 hours form St Pete or Clearwater ,round-trip, to just to play soccer. If college soccer scholarships were full scholarships like women's volleyball, gymnastics or women's basketball then I could see it. But to waste all that time, and money, on 50% tuition is just not smart. But to each his own.

Bad example. The 03 team gets seen by plenty of coaches and they have players who received multiple offers. This must be a joke or something because the 04 team we are talking about is a President’s Cup level team and college soccer will not happen for them. Except this goalkeeper

Which is why she is headed to WFF. Players on their 04 team already have D1 offers. She would be stupid to stay at Celtic.

She isn't going to WFF. She has been at Celtic her entire career along with all her siblings. She is fine right where she is. Last season WFF asked Celtic for players to play with them. Yet Celtic has more 02/03 (class of 2021)commits than WFF. haha You're a clown 🤡.

So explain how the 5 girls on the 02/03 Celtic team, that have committed to D1 colleges, got scholarship offers if CDL/FSPL is so terrible? Explain how AT LEAST 4-5 other girls on that team will be committing to colleges this year? Go ahead....we will wait. lol

First, clubs don't post when kids get offers - only when they commit and very few kids would commit one month into the recruiting process. We left WFF, but there are a couple of very talented kids, one of whom I know has a few offers already and will most likely receive offers from top d1 schools. As for Celtic, your team is great at getting kids in low-level D1, but no one is going from Celtic to Florida, FSU, Auburn, USC or Duke. Girls from the GA/ECNL have that opportunity.

Celtic will probably get the keeper placed somewhere, but if she's that good, she's doing herself a disservice by staying in a league like CDL.

It’s a BS post. The percentage of players going to Florida, Auburn, USC or Duke is less that 1%. If you are lucky enough to be in that 1% you are truly talented and a league is not what will get you there. Because there are lots and lots of GA/ENCL kids in D2 and D3 schools.
