Looks like the Board of Directors at Beachside has been removed from their website, and club structure.

So a 501c, has no board now, and its just one guy running the show.

That will be very very hard to raise any money.

Until...most families don't even know how a nonprofit works let alone BS. also right now the US government is still largely shut down and there are months of backlogs. I've been waiting 4 months to get my passport renewed. At least I don't need it right now.
