Wellington has 19 girls teams and 22 boys teams yet ONLY 2 of 29 COACHES AT WELLINGTON ARE FEMALES? How's that for gender equity?

Is there some sort or rule for percentage of female coaches I don't know about? If you want a female coach for your daughter go find one. Seems pretty simple to me.

Hire the right person for the job! If that means the majority are men or women or gay so be it! Don’t just stick someone there because of gender politics.
