    EcNL boys quality league?

Help me understand, how does a team with no existing players automatically become and ECNL team?

Brand new team to existing club( not players being moved over) create a spot for a team in ECNL? They never played a game?

And people are saying it a top league? Politics still in play dont buy it!

Totally agree, I don't know any athlete that would want to play for an expansion team in the NFL when an established Arena Football team has spots

Top 20 teams boys- where are the ECNL boys teams?

Still not clear how ECNL boys leagues are better? They are not.

Through every boys age group nationally only 2 ecnl teams make the top 20 Nationally? NATIONALLY-

And only 3 clubs in MA have ECNL boys teams(2 up until this year). Stars -all boys programs are weak.
          Bolts produce pretty good teams
NeFC new this year (money grab in my opinion)

Bolts ECNL is their B team... Bolts EYDP teams are much better, with better coaches.

NEFC was in panic mode when the DA shut down and was looking for an alternative.
NEFC best players will leave for the Bolts or the Revs at U15.

So what’s your point? Some of the best teams nationally are part of ECNL. Do some homework ( I think you already knew this stuff). All won’t make Revs and Bolts. ECNL kids go to same colleges as DA kids

Dude, stop drinking the ECNL cool aid.
The MLS league is the top league for the boys.
There is no good ECNL team in Mass...

                  Agreed.

ECNL going to same colleges as DA means very little. College teams need practice players.

Yep, DAP bench players did not develop nearly as quickly as boys who played 50 games a year with high school. No substitute for actual game play. Thanks for the reminder!

50 games against inferior competition is like Andy Kaufman claiming to be the Intergender Wrwarling Champ.

There is a difference. ECNL boys start at the best D3 colleges. Bench DAP players sit on the bench for four years at mediocre D1 Colleges because their parents are whackos. Congrats!

True. Bench DAP have absolutely zero chance of starting at D1. Ever. None.

ECNL players got the news and adjusted expectations. DAP players got the news but decided there must be something wrong with the coach.

poster said ECNL players end up at SAME colleges as DA players. NOT ECNL players get minutes at D3 and DAP do not at D1.
