Also overcharging families for fees when they use taxpayer fields for pennies on the dollar. Nice racket. So they don't pay taxes. Where do the profits go?

Your afraid because we know how to run a real club. And your parent board doesn’t have a clue.

      You should be afraid.

All they have to be afraid of is how quickly they could absorb players at Veterans when FESA shuts down with little notice. But it could and will be done.

Armada has no more bridges of help left. They are on a self inflicted island. This tryouts is going to really damage them.

Leave it to Bubb to horde cash. He wants to make sure he gets paid including any severance when he gets fired. Who would know they are financially sound? Has there been any audits? It is organizations this very size that get ripped off by the "bookeeper" or "leaders" and who would know better until maybe it is too late. Are you the 'bookeeper'? In the meantime "kids, make sure you hit up grandma and grandpa for those soccerathon donations so we can fix the nets".

Based on the PDC "tryouts" night, hardly few, if any, top Armada players showed up. A few leftovers but mostly Clay reds who won't or don't want GDA looking for the closest, respectable team they can find. At tryouts, Armada will keep it's top players and you will see a few FESA players seeking greener pastures. Bolo is shaking up some of the coaching ranks for the better. FESA is scared, as they should be.

If FESA shuts down after I pay fees at tryouts, will I get my money back?

Surely, the 2017 FESA filing is due by now but not available on the IRS website. Is there a reason FESA has not filed? Are they hiding something? Surest way to get in trouble is to be delinquent with IRS filings.

OK. Sure. Let's take your word for it. Since you know, can you also tell us how much is FESA contractually liable to pay total for Bubb and a few of his buddies? How much did they commit contractually to Tallahassee and Palm Coast leaders to get them to roll over? What is Steven Mail's or his business involvement in FESA's money? These disclosures would be very telling to the membership. Go ahead and post on website, Facebook, and Twitter please.
