Who isn't going to be disappointed if the only thing they use to measure ROI is winning games?

The thread keeps going because people are sick of FSA parents thinking their kid is the best in all the land. An ecnl program (whatever age group) should not be getting schooled by travel like soccer programs. Cant even imagine the score if they had played OW this past weekend. FSA would have never scheduled them to play OW because it would have been a bigger embarrassment to get beat so badly by a supposed big competitor of theirs. Also, just so you know, the ages may state 00/01 but those teams are mostly juniors with sophomores sprinkled in.

Do you not think the same is true for the CFCU parents here? Their is no arrogance emanating from that group of followers?

Or how about those Sporting parents? No boasting about club magnificence found here?

And do we lack for any ongoing claims about Oakwood being superior?

Doesn't the thread keep going because you critics of this club cannot simply ignore the boasting and let it die in its own superficiality? Do you think if we didn't feed the bear that all these forum threads that exist only to boast or bash clubs would collapse over a lack of interest?

Ah, but what then would there be left to talk about? Just those meaningful and important topics within the soccer world?

Well, to be fair, Wolves are a storied club with a strong history and good coaching. And, Sporting are new, capable up-and-comers who bring skilled players and strong team cohesion. So, you cannot fault FSA for falling down a little bit there. Am sure FSA ECNL can beat CFC North.

This is me again. I just had an epiphany and want to come clean. My daughter was on the 01 s last year and the coach cut her. It didn’t have anything to do with her ability. I can tell you as her unbiased Daddy she was the best. I helped her along with my screaming from the sideline. I even timed her minutes. Despite the fact my daughter is happy now. I hate FSA and anyone affiliated with them.

This has been ongoing in Youth soccer for years, but as the price to participate has drastically increased , this type of hateful rhetoric is certainly on the rise.

There are plenty of reasons for this, the foundation of which is a higher level of anxiety for weak parents who are raising their children as trophies and the parent's need to keep themselves elevated . If the elevation isn't enough , trash other children. This escalation is a recent trend in modern society. These are the type of parents we hear about, calling the Firm when their children get those internship positions, and the parents complain about the work load. Forever meddling in their affairs.

You idiots keep THINKING that the team that dressed for the "showcase"...haha was ECNL players is absolutely ludicrous. It was a group of bench kids from different ages (Ct,NPL and 2 ECNL) that dressed. The true ECNL team isn't good, but much better than all the teams in the bracket....including OW. We lost to their Academy team and that OW team is a bunch of former FSA kids and OW NPL players.
We can't score but can defend. Not one of our defenders or goalie played. It was a weekend off and kids filled in under the name ECNL. You idiots run with the idea of look who beat an ECNL team....Ooooh ahhh! We aren't that good, BUT sure as hell not that bad to lose to the teams they played in the "showcase"...again, haha.

It isn't the point that we aren't that good, the point is how bad FSA ECNL is especially when it costs so much.

If they ever won, we could measure ROI. As it is now, Amount paid/0 is not mathematically possible.
