You must really hate waking up in the morning knowing you will never be as good. Keep taking anonymous shots at them.

It's actually well known that they are quite lazy. Ask any of the local coaches.

PML was a great place for 3rd and 4th tiered teams that wanted to play local only. Sounds very similar when talking about OPL's structure. the OPL has a market, and they will make it because there are lot's of 3rd and 4th tiered teams that do not want to travel.

I'm sure OYSA looked at the PML and conceded that market to the OPL, it was a smart move.

conversely, there are 3rd and 4th Division teams that like to travel and that is where the OYSA leagues come in.

OPL and OYSA are different animals.

In truth both the OYSA and OPL teams will be lower tier going forward. Just wait until the Thorns open the 14/15 Academy team next Summer.

If that doesn't force a reunification nuuuuthing will!

So what do you have to say about Eastside's FWRL U16G entry last year? Should Eastside be kicked out or banned from the FWRL?

              Yeh, more of this crap.

Probably. Actually, ECNL won't kick out our Oregon teams. Take a look around, there are a number of truly lousy ECNL teams across the country and they haven't kicked them out. Maybe they can separate those teams out and combine them into their own league. CU and FCP will fit right in.

ECNL is the top of the top. So it makes sense that it gets all of the attention. OPL will be a feeder league to ECNL. So all of the top girls will be heading that way, one way or another. TA will be left playing TA.

All of this is hilarious. ENCL and Timbers academy are now the new top things. It's like the clubs know if they wave a new carrot in front of these crazy ass parents, they will eat it up and pay any amount so they can now say they are playing at the top level. I can't wait for the ALL star ENCL and Academy. So now that will be truly the best.

Thorns Academy isn't the top of anything except maybe lies, deception, and hypocrisy.

Your posting history would indicate that you're the one wanting to give Tom a hand job.

actually ECNL is looking at creating a Second Division starting in 2015.
Their goal is to create a true top tier.

Yeah, they're calling it the "Academy Division". Only entrant so far is Thorns Academy and they have to play down a year to be competitive.
